Musketeers Loses Lead Early In Defeat
Musketeers watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 10-0 loss to Barr Reeve on Saturday. Barr Reeve scored on a double by Gladish, a single by Wagler, and a walk by Wagler in the first inning.
Barr Reeve took an early lead in the first inning. Barr Reeve scored one run when Gladish doubled with zero outs in the first inning.
Barr Reeve scored three runs in the fifth inning. Barr Reeve’s big inning was driven by a triple.
One bright spot for Musketeers was a single by Brant Stewart in the first inning.
Gavin Hurst, Cameron Butler , Stewart , and Gaven Smith each managed one hit to lead Musketeers. Musketeers didn’t commit a single error in the field. Hunter Anderson had five chances in the field, the most on the team.
Barr Reeve had 14 hits in the game. K Graber, Wagler, Gladish, and T Graber each collected multiple hits for Barr Reeve. Barr Reeve didn’t commit a single error in the field. Wagler had the most chances in the field with five.
